He is rootin tootin and angrier than ever!
Measures 8” by 7.5” and comes with silver chain to hang him up!
Hat is made with beautiful iridescent glass, and he has a beautiful tie made with blue Van Gogh Glass.

CONTAINS LEAD: Stained glass is made with a small amount of lead. However, poses little harm and is only dangerous if eaten. Keep out of reach of children and pets, wash hands after handling.
